Cancellation Policy
Policies for facials, lashes, and waxing
• In order to confirm your booking your Credit Card has to be on file failure to do so will risk you losing your appointment slot.
• If you “no call no show” the appointment you will be charged 100% of the service.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment you will be charged 50% of the service.
• If the appointment is needed for me to go to your location there will be a travel fee, the travel fee will vary on the distance
• Upon arrival to a venue or location, if I cannot reach you or do not hear from you, this will result in a non refundable cancellation or cut short the service by time lost.
• If in case you are running late please communicate with me so can know if I can still take you in case I have time
• When arriving to my location please note that no guest are allowed unless they are being serviced, the facility is not child proof therefore children are liable for any damages.
• Signing consent forms is a must or can result in cancellation of service(s)
• Please note these policies are in place to ensuure you have the best experience during your service and to ensure quality.
Policies for makeup
• Makeup services will require a 50% deposit upon booking.
• If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment you will lose the deposit.
• If you "no call no show" you will lose your deposit it will not be refunded and it will not be applied to a future appointment.
• If the appointment requires me to come to the venue there will be a travel fee. The travel fee will vary on the distance.
• Upon arrival to a venue or location, if I cannot reach you or do not hear from you, this will result in a non refundable cancellation or cut short the service by time lost.
• If you are also recieving any hair services you are required to wash and blow dry your hair straight the night before the appointment failing to do so will be a 3o$ extra charge.
• If in case you are running late please communicate with me so can know if I can still take you in case I have time
